Construction of the Tasting Room for Few Spirits Distillery, in Evaston, is nearing completion.  
The wood spars are in place and the lighting is installed.  The wood at the viewing window and displays is clear coated pine.  When lit, the wood offers a warm red contrast to the grey/blue corrugated metal panel.

The metal panel and wood relate to the vernacular materials from a mid-west grain farm.  With grain being one of the principal ingredient of the whiskey and gin recipe, we thought it was an apt fit.
